Tagliatelle with Bacon, vegetables and pine nuts - a good everyday dish.
I like pasta very much and it is something I often make on weekdays. It is quick to make and the taste is popular with young and old. It can be positive with a little inspiration to make some new everyday dinners.
Ingredients
- Tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta
- 1 can sundried tomatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs red chili
- 1 pcs squash
- 1 pk bacon
- 0,5 pcs lemon
- pine nuts
- parmesan
- salt and pepper
I think this dish is very good and it does not take more than 15-20 minutes to make. To raise this dish further, I end with a little grated parmesan and fresh herbs, but you can of course choose for yourself.
Step 1
To make this dish as fast as possible, it is important to do things in the right order. I start by turning on the oven at 200 degrees and find a pan for the pasta and fill with water. Find a baking tray, place on baking paper and place the bacon on the paper. Put in the oven immediately.
Step 2
Find a frying pan and pour in a little neutral oil. Set fairly high heat. Start cutting up onions and chili. Put in the pan together with the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 3
Cut up the squash and add this together with the other in the pan.
Step 4
When the water boils, add the pasta and cook until al dente. When the pasta is almost done, add pine nuts to the frying pan.
Step 5
Pour off the water and add the pasta to the frying pan. Stir well. This means that the taste from the oil spreads well around the pasta.
Step 6
Take out the bacon and cut into slightly smaller pieces.
Step 7
Place on a plate with the pasta and sprinkle with a little parmesan and herbs. Serve piping hot! A delicious, slightly different and very good pasta dish for everyday life. Good luck!
