Banana cake with caramel sauce - Super simple recipe made in the blender.
Do not throw a little ripe bananas, they want to be banana cake!
Ingredients
Banana cake
- 4 pcs ripe bananas
- 2 dl sunflower oil
- 4 pcs egg
- 1,5 dl milk
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 dl wheat flour / spelt flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
This is a very simple and incredibly good recipe. A recipe for using up some well-ripened bananas and being able to serve something good. The whole recipe is made in the blender, so you make the batter in a few minutes. The delicious salty caramel sauce in combination with the sweet bananas is perfect! Here I show you how.
Step 1
Find a blender and add banana, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Run to a smooth mass. Add flour and baking powder and cook for a few more minutes. The batter is ready when it is completely without lumps and a smooth batter.
Step 2
Find a cake tin and grease with neutral oil. I use some paper so there is not so much fat left in the cake tin.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the cake tin and let stand for a few minutes before placing it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees hot air.
Step 4
Put the cake in the middle of the oven and bake for about 40 minutes on 160 degrees hot air. You can check if the cake has finished sticking a thin stick into the cake. If there is no batter left on the stick, the cake is ready.
Step 5
Let the cake rest for a few minutes and remove the cake tin. Divide into good chunks and serve. This is a juicy, good and very simple cake! Good luck.
