Deviled Egg - These tempting eggs have a surprise!
Deviled eggs are very good and popular on a cold buffet.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs eggs
- 6 tsp room tempered butter
- 6 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- tabasco
I remember the first time I got to taste deviled eggs with joy and surprise. These beautiful half eggs contain a little spicy surprise and an egg cream that is incredibly good. At the bottom of the egg are a few drops of tabasco that really awaken the senses of taste.
Step 1
Start by cooking the eggs until they are hard-boiled. This takes about 8 minutes. Remove the eggshell and let them cool down.
Step 2
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and take out the egg yolk. Put the plums in a bowl and place the egg whites on a serving platter. Now fill each half of the egg whites with a few drops of Tabasco. The more Tabasco you add the bigger will the spicy surprise be.
Step 3
Along with the egg yolks, add butter and Dijon mustard. Whisk to a smooth mass and season with a little tabasco and salt.
Step 4
Finely chop the chives and feel free to use a spray bag for the egg cream. If you do not have a spray bag, you can of course use a teaspoon to put the cream back in the eggs.
Step 5
Fill the egg whites with the egg cream and finish with some chives. Now the deviled eggs is ready for serving. Good luck.
