Hamburgers are popular here at home all year round. This recipe is for those days where things should go fast and you want a quick and good everyday burger. There are a lot of bad ready-made burgers in the store. With these tricks you get a juicy burger with good taste. I think it is better to make slightly larger burgers to serve one burger per person.
Ingredients
1 portion gives 1 large burger of just under 200 grams.
- 800 gram minced meat
- 1 dl breading flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp worcester sauce
Step 1
Start by mixing the salt in the minced meat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together until the burger gets a slightly sticky consistency. Divide the mince into 4-6 equal sized balls and shape into a nice hamburger.
Step 2
I have a hamburger press lying in the drawer and I usually use it, but it is not necessary.
Step 3
Fry on high heat in a frying pan with a little neutral oil. Set the oven at 225 degrees.
Step 4
When you have fried the burger quickly on both sides, place them in a fireproof pan. The goal is for the burger to have a nice crust, but not be burnt. Add cheese if you like and put in the oven.
Step 5
They need about 10 minutes until they are done. It's a smart trick to fry the hamburger breads in a dry pan. Then they get a crust that tastes good and has the smart function that dressing does not pull down into the bread.
Step 6
I think pickles, red onions and tomatoes are the most important ingredients, but here you can use exactly what you like. Use a good dressing, aioli or mustard and ketchup.
Serve on a tray. It is definitely allowed to eat a burger with your hands! Good luck and enjoy a good burger.
