Inspiration for new everyday dishes - Baked sausages and vegetables

I have received a lot of nice feedback from those who follow the site who thank me for giving them new ideas for dishes to make in everyday life. It is not always easy to be inventive and come up with new types of dishes. It will be easy to make the same thing you have done before.

  • 5 pcs meat sausages
  • 3 pcs sweet potatoes
  • 3 pcs carrot
  • 1 pcs red onion
  • 1 pcs paprika
  • 0,5 can creme fraiche
  • 1 can red pesto
  • 2 tsp chili puree or fresh chili
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Here comes a new everyday dish that requires little work and tastes very good. This is a dish that combines sausages and vegetables. They are baked in the oven in a simple dressing and the result is a delicious dinner that both children and adults enjoy.

Step 1

Start by finding a fireproof pan and set the oven to 220 degrees hot air. Start by peeling the sweet potato and carrot, and divide into strips. Put the finished strips in the fireproof pan and pour on a little oil, salt and pepper.

Put in the oven while you cook the rest. Cut the sausages into large good pieces and cut the peppers and red onion.

Find a bowl and pour into the box with the red pesto. Red pesto is made from tomato and chili. Pour in soybean oil, chili and sour cream.

Stir well until you get a smooth sauce.

When the sweet potatoes have been in the oven for about 15 minutes, take out the pan. Pour over the sausages, onion and paprika.

Then pour the sauce into the pan and mix a little.

Put the whole pan back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve in the pan or take a little over on a plate. It's always nice to garnish with some fresh herbs if you have any. I like to take a few drops of good olive oil at the end, but it is not necessary.
