Meringue flakes - Delicious crispy flakes of meringue with raspberry powder

Ingredients
- 100 gram egg whites
- 100 gram sugar
- 100 gram icing sugar
- raspberry powder
Meringue flakes are crispy, sweet and very good. The nice thing about these is that this is a basic recipe and you can be creative in what you sprinkle over the meringue before it is fried.
Step 1
Start by separating egg whites and yolks. Put the egg whites in a clean food processor and run at high speed until it has a consistency that is a little airy and bubbly. This takes about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Dilute with a little and a little sugar. Finally, dilute with the icing sugar. If you see that there are lumps in the icing, use a strainer.
Step 3
Pour the meringue onto a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread evenly all over and sprinkle with a little raspberry powder. Here you can be creative and add other flavors, small nuts or the like.
Step 4
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 70 degrees and bake until the meringue is completely dry. This may take 1-2 hours.
Step 5
Allow to cool before breaking the meringue into fine meringue flakes. Good luck.
