Parmesan potatoes -So good that you can eat them as snacks!
Crispy potatoes covered with parmesan and delicious flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 100 gram parmesan
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp good olive oil
- Finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Potatoes are so versatile and can be cooked in an incredible number of ways. Here is a variation of the oven-roasted potatoes covered with parmesan and good flavors. These are dangerously good and are excellent as accessories for food or just as snacks.
Step 1
This is a simple recipe, but the method is important to follow for the best result. Divide the potatoes into suitable "mouthfuls" of large pieces and place in a saucepan with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. They should still be hard inside, but the surface should have become a little porous. Use boiling potatoes. Pour off the water when the potatoes are done cooking.
Step 2
Place the potatoes on a fireproof pan / baking tray and add plenty of good olive oil, salt, pepper and chili flakes. The quality of the oil you use will determine how good the potatoes will be in the end. I'm also pretty generous on the chili flakes. This gives an uneasily good taste.
Step 3
Put the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees hot air. About in the middle of the oven. Let cook for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with plenty of finely grated parmesan and mix together. Put the potatoes back in the oven. Now they should cook for another 5-10 minutes. This makes the parmesan golden and crispy.
Step 5
Place the potatoes in the pan you want to serve them in. Sprinkle with a little finely chopped parsley and preferably a little more parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy! These are incredibly good and popular either on a tapas table or as an accessory to the food. Good luck.
