I love poached eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 tbsp 7% vinegar
- 1 liter water
Making poached eggs is much easier than many people think. There are a few tricks you need to know to get a great result every time. I also made a video to show you the process.
Step 1
Start by boiling a pan of water. When the water boils, pour in a little vinegar. Turn down the heat to the lowest heat so the water does not boil. Crack the egg and place in a small bowl. This makes it easier to pour the egg into the water. Use a whisk or spoon and make circular motions in the water. Drop the egg in the middle of the water and wait. After 4 minutes you have a perfectly poached egg. Allow to dry slightly on paper towels before serving. Here you can see video of the whole process.
