Sizzling garlic, chili and scampi - try Gambas al pil pil on the grill!

This is a classic for many when traveling. This Spanish tapas dish is incredibly good and the hot oil often boils when you are served this dish.

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 pcs red chili
  • 1 tsp dried chili seeds
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika spice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0,5 pcs lemon (juice only)
  • salt
  • finely chopped parsley

I think it's a perfect appetizer when I grill. This dish tastes incredibly good and the oil that stays in the pan is so good that it is smart to serve a good bread so you get all the good flavors. I have made a video that shows how to make this dish, but here is the recipe:

This is a real taste bomb of an appetizer. Do not be afraid to use a lot of garlic and chili. The oil that remains in the pan is incredibly good. Serve with a good bread so that all the guests get the good oil. Good luck.
