- 2 pcs red peppers
- 400 gram beef mince
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs red chili
- 1 can canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 100 gram grated cheese
- salt and pepper
This is a quick and good dinner that is popular with young and old. Filling vegetables and then baking them in the oven gives a very good taste and the possibilities are many. Here it is possible to try many different varieties, but this is a good starting point. Serve with a fresh salad and some good bread next to it.
Step 1
Start by finding a frying pan with slightly high edges. Add a little neutral oil and set on fairly high heat. Add the beef mince and fry.
Step 2
When the beef mince starts to be cooked, add finely chopped onion, squash and chili. Cook until the onion begins to soften. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the canned tomatoes and creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the peppers into 2 and remove the core. It is smart to make a small cut on the back of the peel because then they are very stable when they are to be fried afterwards.
Step 5
Fill the peppers with the meat filling and top with grated cheese. Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees until the cheese has become fine and golden. Serve with salad and good bread.
