The perfect Milkshake - Norwegian strawberries and good ice cream

The hunt for the perfect Milkshake is over! Here is the recipe.


  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream of good quality
  • 2 dl half-fat milk
  • 1 kurv Norwegian strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar

To get the very best Milkshake, you must have good ingredients. In this recipe I use Norwegian strawberries, Real vanilla ice cream from Kulinaris and some milk. I have tested many versions and recipes. Some recipes include more milk, ice cubes, etc ... The key lies in the ingredients and not too much milk. Then the consistency becomes perfect and the taste to become addicted to. Perfect on a hot summer day or if you just want something good.

Step 1

Start by cleaning the strawberries and rinsing them well in water. I only cut off the stem.

Step 2

Now you are going to make a puree from the strawberries. Pour the berries into the blender together with the sugar and run until it has become completely smooth.

Step 3

Now pour milk into the blender together with the ice cream. Pour over almost all of the strawberry puree, but save a little as you can stir in at the end. This looks very nice.

Step 4

Run the milkshake in the blender until it is completely smooth.

Step 5

Stir the rest of the strawberry puree into the milkshake with a spoon. Pour into a few glasses with straws and garnish with a strawberry. Serve and enjoy!
