Vegetable pan - The goal is to throw away as little food as possible - Use all the leftovers!

I'm concerned about throwing away as little food as possible. This is a great way to get rid of all the leftovers in the vegetable drawer. It also tastes very good and is very healthy.

Ingredients

Portions
  • Various vegetables
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • butter
  • spices you like well
  • salt and pepper
Ingredients

Feel free to use as an accessory to the food. Suitable for both fish, meat and of course as a vegetarian dish. Feel free to cut up the vegetables into different shapes and sizes that make it a little more exciting to eat. Cut the vegetables that take the longest time to fry into the smallest pieces. In this way, everything is finished at the same time. Bake in the oven with olive oil, a dab of butter, the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper. If there are any remnants of this, run to a smooth mass and add in sauce or make a soup :-)
