Zoodles - Vegetable spaghetti is trendy, healthy and good!
Zoodles have become very trendy! The name came about by merging "Zucchini" and "Noodles".
Ingredients
- 1 pcs squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0,5 pcs chorizo sausage
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 pcs egg
- 30 gram parmesan
- salt and pepper
This is a great way to make fast food low in carbs. Make spaghetti from vegetables and replace the pasta occasionally. In addition, this tastes very good and is a smart way to get children to eat with vegetables as well.
Step 1
Start by using a spiral cutter and make the squash into thin strips.
Step 2
Cut the Chorizo into small pieces and whisk together the eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Step 3
The dish takes a very short time to make. Find a large pan and set on fairly high heat. Pour in a little olive oil and fry the chorizo sausage until it starts to get crispy. Pour in the squash strips and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour over the egg mixture. Stir well and add finely chopped basil and preferably a little more cheese.
Step 4
Place the food on a plate and serve piping hot. I have made an instructional video that shows how to make the whole dish. Check at the top of the page. Good luck.
