Avocado Carbonara with bacon - Extremely good everyday dinner!
Ingredients
- 200 gram spaghetti
- 1 pakker bacon
- 2 pcs egg yolks
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 50 gram grated parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Avocado sauce (see below)
Avocado sauce
- 2 pcs avocado
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful basil
- 1 pcs lemon (juice only)
- 2 dl cream
A delicious pasta dish with avocado and bacon. This taste combination is incredibly good. This dish also takes a very short time to make and is therefore a perfect everyday dinner. For this I serve a Munkholm original non-alcoholic beer. It is perfect for everyday dinners that contain pasta, chicken, light meat or salads. The great thing about Munkholm is that it can be enjoyed at any time without worrying about driving, or the next day. A little joy in everyday life!
Step 1
Start by turning on the oven at 210 degrees hot air and find a pan. Fill the pan with water and bring to the boil. Add plenty of salt to the water and cook the spaghetti until it is almost done. There should be some chewing resistance in the pasta.
Step 2
Place the bacon on a baking tray with parchment paper and cook until golden and crispy. This takes +/- 10 minutes.
Step 3
Put garlic, avocado, basil and cream in a blender and mix until smooth. When the pasta is cooked, I transfer it to a pan and bring some of the boiling water. Add the avocado sauce, egg yolks and grated parmesan. Cut the crispy bacon into pieces and place in the same pan. Mix well and season with freshly ground pepper and a little salt.
Step 4
Transfer to a plate and garnish with a little extra bacon, basil and a few drops of good olive oil. Open up a Munkholm Original and enjoy a wonderful dinner. Good luck.
