Quick and delicious dinner with meat and vegetables! You do not need a wok pan to make wok dinners and you can vary vegetables according to what you like and have in the fridge. I think this steak wok is very good and you make the whole dish in less than 20 minutes.

Step 1

Start by finding a frying pan with a high edge or a wok and a pot for noodles. Pour water into the pot for noodles and set both on maximum heat. While they heat up, I make the sauce. First pour cold water into a bowl and add cornstarch. Stir this until smooth. The cornstarch makes the sauce thicken and becomes sticky and good afterwards when it comes in the pan. Mix in the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and stir together.

Step 2

Today I have used rice noodles and they should only soak in hot water for about 10 minutes. Bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat and add the noodles.

Step 3

Cut the steak into thin strips and pour over the soy and baking powder. Mix well with your hands. Baking powder makes the steak even more tender. Cut up the rest of the ingredients and you are ready to make beefsteak wok.
