Beer bath on the grill - The sausage trick
Keeps the sausages perfect for many hours!
Ingredients
- 2,5 pcs Munkholm Original
- 1 tbsp whole black pepper
- 1 tbsp whole coriander
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 1 pcs onion
- 0,5 pcs lemon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Grill rib (optional)
Step 1
This is a simple trick and does not require much explanation. Find a pan that can withstand being on the grill. Pour in all the ingredients for the beer bath.
Step 2
Set the pan on the grill on indirect heat. Heat and make sure that the liquid in the pan stays just below the boiling point. Now you can grill the sausages on direct heat. When they are done grilling, put them in the beer bath.
