Breaded chicken breast - This trick makes the chicken crispy and juicy!

  • 2 dl wheat flour
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 dl cornflakes
  • salt and pepper

Paprika sauce

  • 3 pcs red pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 pcs lime (juice)
  • salt, pepper and chili powder

You can serve these breaded chicken breasts with many types of side dishes or in a salad. I serve today with rice and a very good paprika sauce. In this recipe, I thoroughly show how to make breaded chicken and the good paprika sauce. This is a very good recipe for young and old!

Start by finding the chicken breasts and place aluminum foil on the bench. Place the chicken fillets on the foil and find something hard. I used a rolling pin.

You have to beat the chicken flat to get the right shape and consistency. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour over some flour and turn the chicken. Do the same on the other side. Find two plates and put eggs in one and crushed cornflakes in the other.

Start by dipping the chicken in the egg mixture and make sure everything is covered with eggs.

Then place the chicken in the cornflakes and make sure that the chicken is well covered with cornflakes. Find a frying pan and add neutral oil and butter. When this is hot, fry the chicken on both sides on a little over medium heat until it has a golden and nice color.

Step 6

Place on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. You do this just before the food is to be served so the chicken is hot and crispy when it is served. This way of making chicken is very good and incredibly child-friendly.

Now it's time to make the paprika sauce. This is a simple, but very good sauce that you can also use as a dressing. Find a baking tray and cover with baking paper. Set the oven at 200 degrees.

Step 8

Divide the peppers in half and remove the core. Grease with a little oil and bake in the oven at about 200 degrees. I like to attach some cloves of garlic with the peel and bake them at the same time. It gives the sauce a good warming taste of garlic.

When the paprika is done baking, place it in a measuring cup or bowl. Find a hand mixer and run until it becomes a smooth mass. Season with chili, salt and pepper.

Step 9

Pour the oil in a thin stream while you run the hand mixer and you get a smooth and fine sauce. Finish by adding the lime juice. Taste and serve hot or cold. A delicious sauce that goes well with chicken and other dishes.

Now the dish is ready for serving. Place the crispy chicken on a plate, pour over a little paprika sauce and top with some fresh herbs. Good luck.
