Cauliflower "risotto" - healthy and tempting accessory to food
I am very fond of cauliflower and this recipe is both simple and very good. This is an easy and healthy accessory that fits a lot.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 1 pcs red onion
- 1 pcs red chili without seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0,5 pcs cucumber
- marinated feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- fresh herbs
If you want it even more child-friendly, you can mix in some macaroni. Cauliflower risotto takes no more than 10 minutes to make.
Step 1
This is very easy to make. Start by finding a frying pan and add the oil. Find a grater and grate the cauliflower with the coarse grater. Then you get rice-like small grains of cauliflower. Do not tear the stem. Put the cauliflower in the frying pan and cook on medium / high heat for a few minutes. Finely chop the onion and chili and place in the pan together with the cauliflower.
Step 2
Bake all this for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the finely chopped cucumber, salt and pepper. Add some feta cheese and garnish with some fresh herbs. A simple and good accessory. A very good alternative for those who do not want so many carbohydrates and want more ways to eat vegetables. Good luck!
