Grilled salad - Salad on the grill tastes very good !!!
This has to be one of the simplest accessories you can make, but it both tastes great and looks very inviting.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs salad
- pesto
- parmesan
- lemon juice
- freshly ground pepper
It has been a while since it became popular to grill salad, but there are still many who do not quite know how. Here is a simple recipe with a combination that I think is fantastic. Grilled salad with pesto, parmesan and lemon juice.
Step 1
Start by dividing the salad lengthwise. Leave the stem behind it makes it easier when you grill and the leaves stick together.
Step 2
Rinse the salad well in cold water and let it dry on paper towels or similar. Grilling salad takes a short time and you get the best result on direct heat. That is, on the part of the grill where it is warmest. This is a good tip and have everything ready on a tray when you start grilling.
Step 3
Start by grilling the salad with the flat (cut side down). This takes 1-3 minutes. The salad should start to turn a little black without getting any completely burnt parts. Turn the salad over and pour over the pesto, lemon juice. Grind a little pepper and grate over a little parmesan cheese. Put on the lid if you have one and wait another 1-2 minutes. Take the salad off the grill and serve immediately! Good luck.
