Chicken casserole - Suitable for both everyday and party!
This is easier, faster and far better than bagged food!
Ingredients
Sauce
- 3 dl whipping cream
- 2,5 dl coconut milk
- 5 dl chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp red curry paste
Casserole
- 800 gram chicken fillet in strips.
- 4 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs sweet peppers
- 2 pcs red chili without seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- oil for frying
A chicken casserole is great for young and old. This clever method of mixing all the liquid together first makes it very easy. Then just fry the chicken quickly, pour over the vegetables and liquid. After 20 minutes, the dish is ready! I also made a video to show how easy this dish is to make.
Step 1
Start by finding a bowl and a saucepan. In the bowl, first pour the cream and whip in the cornstarch. This acts as a smoothie when the liquid boils. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and stir together. This can also be done in the morning or the day before. Take plastic over the sauce and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook.
Step 2
Pour oil into the pan and pour in the mixture of garlic, chili and ginger. Cook for a few seconds before adding the chicken. Stir and cook for a few minutes before adding the vegetables and sauce.
Step 3
Let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes, season with salt, pepper and a little lime juice. Now the chicken casserole is ready for serving. Easy, fast and very good! Serve with rice.
