Ingredients

This dish is just beautiful and also easy to make! Here I use good pasta, pre-cleaned crab-shells and about 20 minutes on the whole dish. I am very fond of crab and think it is fun to use crab in many exciting dishes. If you like pasta and crab, you will love this one.

Step 1

Finely chop the shallots, chili and garlic and find a frying pan and a saucepan to cook the pasta. Fry the shallots, garlic and chili in a little butter until the onion has become shiny and soft.

Step 2

Pour in the white wine and let it boil down until it is almost gone. When the white wine has almost evaporated, add the cream. Let the cream cook for 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken.

Step 3

Boil the pasta al dente (which means it has some chewing resistance) in salted water.

Step 4

When the sauce has thickened, turn down the heat and add the lemon juice, crab meat, and crab claw to the sauce. Remember to give the claw a few strokes with the back of the knife so that the good sauce enters the crab meat. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Put the almost cooked pasta in the sauce and mix well.

Step 5

Let this stand for a few minutes on low heat so the crab meat is heated up and the pasta is perfectly cooked. Now place on a plate and garnish with some fresh dill and freshly ground pepper. Good luck.
