Ingredients

The taste of sour apples, crispy crumble and salty caramel sauce tastes lovely. Crumble pie can be used for many types of berries and fruits, but I like apples best. It is also very good with a little ice cream next to this pie. Use Norwegian good apples if you have the opportunity.

Step 1

Start by peeling the apples and cut into pieces. Find a frying pan and set on medium + heat. Put the apple pieces in the frying pan and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and a little vanilla extract. Mix together and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the fried apple pieces into a suitable pan.
