Ingredients

I really like to bake and this recipe for horns is very good. You can basically fill with whatever you want, but the combination of bacon and cheese is my favorite. The slightly salty bacon fits very well in this recipe. Serve steaming hot and save the rest for a packed lunch or food for a trip.

Step 1

Start by finding a pan and add the butter. Melt the butter and add the milk. Heat until the mixture is about 37 degrees. I add sugar, salt and yeast to the milk mixture. Stir well so that the yeast dissolves completely.

Step 2

Pour the flour into the mixing bowl and place on the kneading hook. Dilute with the liquid while stirring and let go for 15 minutes on low speed.

Step 3

Cover the bowl and leave to rise for about 1 hour until the dough has doubled in size.

Step 4

Fry the bacon in cubes until well cooked and crispy. This gives the best result. Grate cheese and place bacon and cheese in separate bowls.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and shape into large round buns. Use a rolling pin and make a large flat rounding. The height of the dough should be about 0.4 cm.

Step 9

Brush on egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees hot air and cook until golden and fine. This will vary slightly from oven to oven, but allow between 13-15 minutes. Serve steaming hot and enjoy delicious horns stuffed with cheese and bacon. Good luck.
