Homemade "biscuits for a walk" - a delicious energy bomb!
If you are going on a trip, it is nice to have some good food and drink in your backpack. Making homemade biscuits is easy and tastes very good. You know what it contains and it gives you joy and energy to continue the walk.
Ingredients
- 5 dl oatmeal
- 2 dl peanuts
- 2 dl raisins
- 2 dl wheat flour
- 1 plate cooking chocolate
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 pcs egg
- 200 gram butter
This biscuit combines the wonderful salty and sweet taste. It contains chocolate, peanuts, oats, raisins and butter. Perfect as a small snack when you are on a trip or want something good for coffee in the sun.
Step 1
Start by running oats and peanuts in a blender until it has a finer consistency. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Run room tempered butter and sugar until it has an even and white consistency. Take in the eggs and run smoothly again.
Cut the chocolate and raisins into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix everything well and form into a "sausage" in baking paper. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. This makes it easier to cut up the biscuits and shape them.
Step 4
Place the biscuits on a baking tray with baking paper and place in the oven in a preheated oven at 170 degrees hot air.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool. Now the biscuits are ready to go with you on a trip. These taste very good and contain enough energy to get you to the finish line on the trip. Good luck and good trip.
