Honey and ginger glazed chicken thighs - Perfect everyday dinner!
Chicken, vegetables and sauce in the same pan.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs chicken thighs with skin
- 4 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs squash
- 2 dl chicken broth
Honey and ginger glaze
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fishsauce
- 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp siracha chilisauce
Here at home, chicken is a popular everyday dinner! Chicken thighs are very good and can withstand a little more temperature and taste better. If they also have crispy delicious skin with a honey and ginger glaze, it tastes fantastic. This is a simple dish that almost makes itself. The chicken, vegetables and sauce are made in the same pan. The only thing I make in addition is some rice.
Step 1
Start by finding a fireproof pan and add a little olive oil to the bottom. Cut the carrot and squash into thin slices and place in the pan.
Step 2
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze.
Step 3
Pour over the chicken broth and place the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
Step 4
Use a food brush and brush the chicken thighs with the good glaze. Save some of the glaze, because they will be brushed twice.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes I take out the chicken and apply the rest of the galze to the chicken.
Step 6
Turn on the grill and grill the chicken for 2-5 minutes until it gets a golden and crispy surface.
Serve with some rice and you have a super good dinner! Good luck.
