Satay chicken with peanut sauce - one of the world's most popular "streetfood" dishes!
It was quiet around the table for a moment when I served this dish. Then it did not stop with compliments around the table from happy guests: "This was the best chicken they had tasted", "strong but incredibly juicy", "oh, this is what I will learn to make". Such compliments of course make the chef happy! The guests were from 11 to 70 years old and all the result was completely empty plates.
Ingredients
- 1 000 gram chicken thighs
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 klump ginger
- 2 tbsp sweet soy
- 2 tbsp ordinary soy
- 1 tbsp sriracha / strong chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek (chili puree)
- 1 handful finely chopped coriander

How: mix this well and add pieces of chicken. I think it is best with chicken thighs that are divided into smaller pieces. Leave for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator and marinate.
