Refreshing drink with bubbles and lemon flavor
Ingredients
- 6 cl Limoncello
- 12 cl Sparkling wine
- 6 cl clubsoda
- lemon peel (for garnish)
- mint leaves
- ice cubes
A drink that became very popular a few years ago is Aperol Spritz. This is a bit similar, but instead of orange liqueur, Limoncello is used here, which is a lemon liqueur and a little stronger in alcohol than Aperol. Delicious taste of lemon and delicious bubbles! If you like a little sweeter drinks I can recommend replacing club soda with a little lemon soda.

Find a large glass and fill with ice cubes. Pour over the sparkling wine first. Add a few leaves of fresh mint and pour over the Limoncello. Finish with club soda or lemon soda if you like sweet drinks. Stir and garnish with a little extra lemon zest and mint. Now this drink is ready to be enjoyed! Good luck.
