This looks tempting, smells delicious and tastes of grilled peppers, chili, garlic and crispy fried Chorizo! It is easy to make and has lots of nutrition! The spicy chorizo sausage gives a delicious taste, nice color and gives crispy delicious pieces in the soup. Serve this with a little stirred Creme Fraiche. Serve this for dinner with some good bread next to it or without bread as a good supper. No need to buy ready-made bags of soup. A little powder with weird e-substances and color additives mixed with water can never be compared to a proper soup!
Step 1
Start by cutting all the peppers, chili and sweet peppers in half. Remove stones and the white and place them in a fireproof pan with baking paper at the bottom. Pour on a little olive oil and spread a little on the peppers. Add a little salt and pepper and make sure that everyone is lying with their skin up. Set the oven to 220 degrees hot air and insert the pan. Cook until they start to turn a little black in the shell. This takes about 30-40 minutes. When the peppers are in the oven, cut the chorizo sausage into small pieces.
Step 2
Find a frying pan and set on medium heat. Pour in a little oil and fry the chorizo until crispy and good. Finely chopped shallots and garlic. When the chorizo sausage is done cooking, pick them out with a spoon. They give a very delicious oil so use this when frying the onion. Pour on a little water so you can boil out all the good flavors in the pan.
Step 3
When the peppers are done grilling, take them out and remove most of the peel. This tends to go very easily when they have been in the oven for a while. Cut peppers and chili into coarse pieces and place in a saucepan with the onion and broth. Let cook for 10 minutes until everything is completely tender.
Step 4
When they have boiled tender, use a hand mixer to make a smooth soup. Season with salt and possibly pepper. Now the soup is ready and it just needs to be decorated a little before it is served. Stir in the Creme Fraiche and take a small spoon and make a few circles in the soup. This tastes very good and looks very nice. Take a few drops of good olive oil to pour on the soup. Put on the crispy chorizo pieces and garnish with an herb if you have any. Serve hot and preferably with some good bread. This soup tastes incredibly good to contain lots of nutrition and vitamins.
