- 2 pcs carrots

- 1 pcs red pepper

- 3 dl full cream
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp grated fresh horseradish
- salt and pepper
- finely chopped parsley
This dish is incredibly good and I love dinners where I can gather the whole dish in the same pan. This allows you to prepare earlier in the day and provides little dishes. The pork chops become extremely juicy and good when they are in combination with this delicious sauce in the oven. Lots of good vegetables and the fresh horseradish make this to a very good dinner. Here I will show how.
The first step is to set the oven to 200 degrees hot air and find the potatoes. Add a little oil, salt and pepper and put the potatoes in the oven. They should be there to enjoy themselves in the oven and be a little ready when we prepare the rest of the dish.
Find a pan with a high edge and set on high heat. Grease the meat with a little oil and season with plenty of salt and pepper. We will now brown the meat quickly on both sides. The meat should not be done, because we will do this in the oven afterwards. Brown the meat on all sides and place on a plate.
When you take out the meat, I add a little butter, onion, parsley root and carrot. Fry this for a few minutes before adding the garlic. Pour over the white wine vinegar and let it boil away. Sprinkle over the wheat flour and mix together.
Pour on cream and broth. Stir well and bring to the boil. The flour now makes the sauce thicken. Cut the peppers into pieces and add the sauce together with grated horseradish and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the potatoes into the sauce and put the pork chops back in the sauce. Push them down well so that only the top of the meat is visible. Put the pan in the oven and turn down to 180 degrees. Now let the pan stand in the oven for 25 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven. Finely chop a little parsley and sprinkle over. Now the dish is ready to be enjoyed. Good luck.
