Refrigerator porridge - Simple, healthy and good everyday breakfast

This is a simple but very good breakfast that you prepare the night before. So when you wake up, just put on your coffee and have breakfast.

Ingredients

Bowl of refrigerator porridge 250 kcal
  • 40 gram lightly boiled oatmeal
  • 0,8 dl semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 can vanilla yogurt
  • 0,5 pcs green apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

It is a nutritious breakfast and you can vary with different flavors and fruits. I have tested a number of varieties, but this one with sourish apples and cinnamon is the one I like best. I eat this for breakfast almost every day and it gives a lot of energy and a super start to the day. If you also have a bad time in the morning, this can easily be made in a plastic box with a lid, jam jar or similar so you can take breakfast with you and eat on the way to work, school or wherever you are. The consistency is a little different than when you cook porridge, but I like this even better.

It does not get much easier than this and that is the whole idea of this breakfast. Start by pouring oatmeal into a glass, bowl or whatever you want to eat the porridge from.

Then add yogurt, milk, cinnamon and apple pieces.

Stir well and put on a lid or plastic wrap.

Put the porridge in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 5 hours. In the morning, just take off the plastic and eat a healthy and good breakfast without any stress. Decorate with a few extra apple pieces and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you want it to look extra nice, but of course it is not necessary. A healthy porridge that gives you a great start to the day with lots of nutrition and little stress.
