Now I have tested the Cosori Airfryer which is the best airfryer on the market today. It has won several tests in Norway and globally. On a score from 1-5, the audience has given an average of 4.7 in ratings from 55,000 users and that is impressive! What exactly is an airfryer? An airfryer uses powerful hot air that circulates quickly around the food. You make the food quickly and you can get a crispy surface if you want. It is also possible to bake with an airfryer. A versatile and stylish kitchen machine you can quickly fall in love with. Feel free to check out Cosori's website for more information. This recipe is made in a paid collaboration with Cosori.
Today I will make a typical and healthy everyday dinner with Salmon, vegetables and a delicious sauce. I make the whole dish except the sauce in the Airfryer and it does not take long either. A delicious dinner for everyone. Made in about 20 minutes.
Step 1
A smart trick is to use the preheating function on your Cosori airfryer. This takes 5 minutes. I start the preheating function while cutting up the vegetables. Peel and cut the vegetables into cubes. Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper. In this oven you can make without fat too, but you know me and I always love the taste of some good olive oil. Pour the vegetables into the basket and set at 205 degrees for 10 minutes. The time may vary slightly depending on the size of the vegetables.
Step 2
When the vegetables are simmering, I make the sauce. Start by finding a pan and add the butter. When the butter melts, I grate the lemon peel in the butter. Add flour and stir. Dilute with milk and cream and squeeze all the lemon juice into the sauce. Let cook for 2-3 minutes and add finely chopped fresh dill. Season with salt. A simple and very good sauce for salmon.
Step 3
Season the pieces of salmon with salt, pepper and ground coriander. When the vegetables are done, I put the salmon straight on top and set at 190 degrees for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Now there are 3 minutes left until the food is ready to be served. I start by placing the vegetables on a plate. Pour over sauce and place the perfectly baked salmon on top. Garnish with a little fresh dill. Good luck.
