Ingredients

Many people are afraid to grill fish on the grill. If you buy salmon of good sushi quality that is cut into nice pieces, there is no problem. Salmon in combination with hoisin and sesame tastes absolutely beautiful. It's a big bonus that dinner only takes a few minutes to make. I made a video to show you how easy it is to make this dish.

Step 2

Take the fish out of the package and brush both sides with hoisin sauce. Hoisin sauce can be bought in most stores, but you can also make it yourself. Here is a link to my own recipe. Hoisin saus - En av Asias mest populære sauser!

Step 3

The sauce works excellently as a "glue" for the sesame seeds. I think it is best to use both white and black sesame seeds. Sprinkle evenly on both sides.
