Sashimi with Ponzu Sauce - Easy and good!
Delicious thin slices of salmon with a sour Japanese sauce.
Ingredients
- 250 gram Salma salmon
- 4 tbsp Ponzu sauce
- some sesame seeds
- fresh coriander
This is a dish that is very easy to make and tastes very good. Sashimi are thin slices of raw fish. A delicious little dish.
Step 1
This dish needs almost no recipe. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
Step 2
Place neatly on a plate and pour over the Ponzu sauce. Here is the link to my homemade Ponzu Ponzu sauce - A sour taste bomb!
Step 3
Finish by sprinkling some sesame seeds on the plate and garnish with some fresh coriander. Simple and good!
