Soy glazed cod with raw food salad - Simple, healthy and good!

I love this sauce!

  • 1 kg cod
  • 800 gram raw food salad (carrot and cabbage)
  • 4 tsp white sesame seeds
  • Soy glaze (see recipe below)
  • fresh coriander for garnish

Soy glaze

  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pcs orange (juice only)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 klump ginger (like your thumb)
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 pcs red chili

Sometimes it is absolutely perfect with a simple, healthy and tasty dinner. I am very fond of cod and when you fry it perfectly it becomes juicy and tempting. Here is the cod in combination with an Asian glaze and a simple raw food salad. Here I will show how to make this dish.

Step 1

Start by turning the oven to 200 degrees hot air with a grill. This is so that the oven will be warm and ready when you put the fish in the oven afterwards. I start with the sauce. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat.

Step 2

Divide the fish pieces into portions and brush with the good glaze. The rest of the sauce should be used just before serving. Put the fish in the middle of the oven and now it should cook for 10-15 minutes. The time will vary slightly due to the size of the fish and the effect on the oven, so stay tuned. The fish should flake up nicely when it is ready.

Step 3

This time I bought a ready-made raw food salad, but if you want to make it yourself, just grate the carrots and cabbage. Place the cabbage on a plate and pour over some of the sauce. Put the fish on top and pour over a little more of the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with some fresh coriander or some other herbs. Now the dish is ready to be enjoyed. Good luck.
