Spice butter tastes fantastic on the barbecue food - make your own and freeze!
Freeze the spice butter like a cylinder so you can only cut nice slices of the butter when you need it.
Ingredients
- 1 pack real dairy butter
- 2 pcs china garlic
- 1 pcs lemon
- 2 tbsp peppers / smoked peppers
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cummin
- 1 tbsp maldon salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
On chicken, pork or on top of a steak, spice butter tastes fantastic. When this melts down to dinner, you do not need any other sauce. Once you have made this butter, it is also very easy to make your own garlic / spice baguettes. So buy what you need and make this butter. It is very nice to have some spice butter ready in the freezer.
Step 1
This is very simple. Take out the package with butter and leave it outside until it has become completely soft.
Step 2
Wash your hands well and mix with them. It is clearly the best tool to do this job. Divide the butter into pieces and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Once you have rubbed together all the butter, find a baking paper and put the butter on top.
Step 4
Form into a sausage and twist the ends. I like to make a little knot on each yet.
Step 5
Roll so that it gets a nice and round lining like a cylinder. Put in the freezer and when you need seasoning butter, just cut off a slice. It's always nice to have some spice butter in the freezer. Feel free to try different flavors and spices and you will find your perfect spice butter.
