Salmon with mango salad - colorful, healthy and delicious!
Now in the summer it is delicious with some light meals from time to time. I think it's good with a fresh salad with fish.
Ingredients
Salmon and salad
- 600 gram salma salmon
- 1 pcs salad
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pcs cucumber
- 10 pcs small tomatoes
- 1 pcs red onion
- 0,5 can bean sprouts
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 pcs red chili
Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kejap manis (sweet soy)
- 1 pcs the juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 klump (small) grated ginger
You make this mango salad quickly and it goes well with both fish and chicken. I also use the dressing for the salad on the fish. Here you get a delicious meal that is easy to make and tastes very good! Try my Asian mango salad with salmon.
This dish is very easy and quick to make. Start by rinsing all the vegetables and salad well and get rid of the water. Here you can use a kitchen towel or salad sling.
Cut everything into pieces and place in a bowl.
Mix the dressing together and stir well. This can be done earlier in the day so the flavors settle a bit, but work and stir together just before you are going to cook the food as well.
Pour 2/3 of the dressing over the salad and mix well. Find the fish and place on a board. I think the result is best if you steam the fish. On my Siemens oven, I set the steaming of the fish fillet and the number of grams and the oven arranges the rest.
If you do not have a steam oven, it also works very well to fry it. Before steaming or frying the fish, spread the rest of the dressing on the fish. Put in the oven and wait until it is done.
Salmon salmon is of sushi quality and in no way needs to be cooked through or steamed. So it is better to give it a little less heat than too much.
Serve the hot delicious fish with the salad and feel free to add some limes if someone wants a little extra acid on the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving. A delicious, fast and healthy dinner! Good luck.
