Ingredients

This Vietnamese variety of spring rolls is very good. It is easy to make at home. You can choose which vegetables you want to fill the spring roll with. It is important to have good sauces for fresh spring rolls. Today I had 3 more sauces. This food works perfectly on weekdays and for party food. It is most common to serve as an appetizer, but I like it very much as dinner as well. In my eyes, this is so healthy that I like to eat my fill. If you are going to make some first, then make some extra and wrap in plastic wrap. Then you have an exciting lunch / lunch the next day. Watch this video for how to make them!

Step 1

Cut up all the ingredients in the appropriate size to fit in a spring roll. Boil glass noodles and place everything on the table easily accessible.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into thin slices and marinate in a little lime and soy.

Step 3

Moisten the rice paper and fill with the desired vegetables and salmon. Roll up as shown in the video and now the spring roll is ready.

Step 4

Make some good dips or buy ready-made in the store and serve. Good luck.
