Salmon skewers with delicious accessories - healthy, simple and good!
This is a very good and simple dinner that is perfect when you have a bad time and want a healthy dinner. Salmon is a very good to use for everyday fish.
Ingredients
- 400 gram salmon
- 4 pcs paprika
- 2 pcs red onion
- 1 tbsp soy
- salt and pepper
It can withstand high heat, strong flavors and when you buy good quality, you do not have to worry about whether the food is cooked through. Today I make barbecue skewers with salmon and peppers. Served with salad, onion salad, avocado, squash, grilled lemon, coriander and chili.
Step 1
Start by cutting the salmon into suitably large squares. I do the same with peppers. Feel free to use peppers with different colors as the dish will be even more colorful and inviting.
Step 2
Now it's as simple as stepping on every other piece of pepper and salmon. Finish each skewer with a piece of vegetable. It holds all the other pieces in place. Take over some neutral oil and some freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3
You can fry these in a pan, on a grill plate or the grill outside. The salmon does not need a long time on the grill. Grill on direct heat so you get a little crust, but the salmon does not have to be cooked through. After it is done grilling, brush on a little soy sauce.
Serve with a simple red onion and tomato mixture. I make this so easily that I cut onions into thin strips and mix with good tomatoes. Pour over a little olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Feel free to mix in some coriander. It is well suited to serve avocado. I also have some coleslaw, cilantro and chili. Salmon fits most things so here you can be creative with the accessories. Good luck.
