Asian ribs - Juicy pieces of ribs in a beautiful glaze

Perfect dish to the remains of the ribs. Asian ribs taste so incredibly good! The pork goes perfectly with the good Asian flavors and this recipe is so good! Here I show you how I turn the remnants of ribs into a delicious dinner full of flavor.

Asian glaze for ribs

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oystersauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp siracha chili sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pcs lime (juice only)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pcs red chili fresh
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Accessories and ribs

  • 1 kg fried cold ribs
  • 1 pcs red chili fresh
  • 1 handful fresh coriander

Step 1

Find a frying pan with slightly high edges and take the remains of the ribs out of the fridge. Cut off the sliver and divide the ribs into pieces. Pour a little neutral oil into the frying pan and fry the pieces of ribs until they get a little crust on high heat.

Step 2

Mix together the ingredient for the glaze in a bowl and stir well. Add finely chopped chili and garlic. Grate ginger on a grater or cut into very finely chopped. Mix together and the glaze is ready.

Step 3

Pour the glaze over the ribs and turn down the heat to medium. Mix well and cook the glass until it becomes thick and sticky and sticks well to the ribs.

Step 4

Lift the pieces out of the pan and place on a platter or in a bowl. Sprinkle with some fresh coriander if you like this and some slices of fresh red chili.
