Blue cheese dip - a good dip for both meat and vegetables
This dip has a delicious taste of blue cheese and garlic!

- 3 dl creme fraiche
- 150 gram blue cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0,2 tsp cayennepepper
- 1 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
I usually serve this good sauce with spicy chicken wings, but it goes well with chopped vegetables as well. If you like blue cheese, you will love this dip.
Step 1
This is a simple recipe. Cut off the crust of the cheese and divide the rest of the cheese into pieces. Place in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix well with a fork. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
