Make your own chili sauce - "Habanero sauce" - Warning HOT!

Habanero is a very strong chili, but also the one that has the most fruity and best taste.

Ingredients

dl chili sauce
  • 9 pcs red chili
  • 5 pcs habanero chili
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 dl water
  • 2 dl Heinz ketchup
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Ingredients

It's easy to make your own chili sauce and you do not have to buy industrially produced sauces that you do not really know what they contain. The best part is that it also tastes much better! Pour the sauce into a pretty bottle and put on a simple label, so you can bring something much more fun than flowers the next time you are invited to a dinner party. You can use the sauce directly on barbecue food, meat and in sauces. It is incredibly convenient to have in the cupboard when cooking.

IMPORTANT: When making chili sauce, I strongly recommend wearing disposable gloves.
