Buffalo Wings with blue cheese dressing and celeriac are delicious comfort food. In a Cosori airfryer you make them in a short time. You can check the video of how I made them a little further down in the recipe.
Step 1
Start by making the famous buffalo sauce. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool and the sauce is ready!
Step 2
To make the cheese sauce, mix all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
Step 3
Season the chicken wings with the spice mixture and apply a few drops of olive oil. Place in cosori air fryer at 215 degrees for 18 minutes. The time will vary slightly depending on the size of the chicken wings. Maybe you need a little extra time. You want them to start to crisp up on the outside. When the chicken wings are ready, pour them into a bowl and cover well with buffalo sauce. Mix together and serve piping hot with celeriac and the good blue cheese dressing. Here you can see a film of me making these in my outdoor kitchen.
