Buffalo wings - Crispy, strong and incredibly good chicken wings!

This is really junk food!


  • 2 kg chicken wings
  • 1 pcs blue cheese dip
  • 3 pcs celery sticks
  • 1 pcs Buffalo sauce
  • 1 pcs spice mixture

Spice mixture

  • 4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cayennepepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Buffalo wings are a classic and the taste is easy to get hooked on. There is a big difference between chicken wings. The biggest difference lies in the quality of the raw material and the flavors you add to the dish. Here are some good tricks to get crispy, juicy and very good chicken wings. Buffalowings are one of the most well-known flavors of chicken wings and are often served with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.

Start by mixing all the spices and baking powder in a large bowl.

Put the chicken wings in the spice mixture and make sure that the chicken is covered with the powder on all sides.

Step 3

Find a baking tray and place on aluminum foil. Place a rack on top of the baking tray. This means that the chicken gets heat from all sides and the result is a much crispier crust. Set the oven to 200 degrees hot air and start stacking the chicken on the rack.

Step 6

When the chicken has cooked for 30 minutes, I take it out and turn the oven up to 250 degrees. Brush all the chicken wings carefully with the Buffalo sauce.

Let stand for 5-7 minutes on the high heat until the chicken wings are perfectly crispy and fried.

Step 8

Place on a large plate, cut some celery sticks and serve with blue cheese dipping.
