Everyday kebab with chicken - quick, healthy and popular dinner.
I've got a teenager in the house and then it's a bit fancy with chicken kebab served in wheat tortillas.
Ingredients
Chicken kebab
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Kebabdressing
- 3 dl creme fraiche
- 1 tsp siracha chili sauce
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 klump grated ginger
- 0,5 pcs lime (juice only)
- 3 tsp garam masala
- salt and pepper
This is a fast everyday variant, but which was very popular here at home. It is really the spices that make the difference and a simple "kebab dressing". In addition to chicken, I present a dish with different vegetables such as peppers, onions, lettuce, cucumber, coriander, corn or whatever you want. A fast, healthy and good dinner.
Step 1
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Find a long pan and place in a baking paper. Apply a little neutral oil and distribute the chicken evenly over the entire pan. Sprinkle with garam masala, chili, salt and garlic powder. Mix with your hands and spread out again.
Step 2
Set the grill in the oven to max and insert the tray almost at the top of the oven. Let the chicken grill until it has a golden and nice color and is cooked through. Since the chicken is in such thin slices, this does not take that long. When the chicken is done grilling, I pour it into a bowl until serving.
Step 3
Mix together the ingredients for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper and put in the fridge until serving.
Step 4
Buy ready-made wheat tortillas or make your own, which of course will be much better. Put on a plate and fill with a little of everything and top with the dressing.
Step 5
Fold in the bottom, roll up, feel free to take some paper around and serve. A delicious and healthy "everyday kebab" that has become very popular here at home.
