Quesadilla - delicious Mexican dinner in under 20 minutes.
Quesadilla is a Mexican dish. Wheat tortilla stuffed with cheese and a little more snacks. This dish is easy to make and loved by both young and old.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs wheat tortilla
- chicken thighs or chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs red onion
- 1 pcs paprika
- 2 tsp cummin
- 2 tsp smoked peppers
- 2 tsp chili
- 2 pcs lime
- salt and pepper
In today's recipe, I have made Quesadilla in the way I think it tastes best. Filled with good cheeses and a delicious spicy "chicken mix", fresh coriander and paprika. Serve with some tortilla chips, guacamole, sour cream, chili sauce and limes. You can make the wheat tortillas yourself, but to make this dinner in less than 20 minutes, I bought ready-made lefser at the store. You will find many types in the "taco" department at the grocery store.
Step 1
Start by making the chicken "mix". Find a frying pan set on fairly high heat. Cut the chicken into fine strips. Add a little oil to the pan and when it is hot, add the chicken. Cut up the onion and garlic and add together with the chicken. Bake for a few minutes. Add the spices and stir well. Finish by adding the juice of 1 lime and season with salt and pepper. Leave in the pan and indulge a little and place in a bowl.
Step 2
It is important when making Quesadilla to prepare everything before you start frying them.
Step 3
Then it will be much easier when you have to finish it. You can add whatever you want in a Quesadilla, but for me it is important to use good cheese. Today I have combined fresh mozzarella and cheddar.
Step 4
Bring out a frying pan. It is a good idea to use a Teflon pan or another slightly smooth pan when frying Quesadilla. Present all the ingredients and then just get started. Heat the pan to almost maximum and add a little oil. Put a wheat tortilla in a pan and add the chicken, chicken mixture, coriander and paprika. Put on the last wheat tortilla and press down lightly with your hand. Follow and when the bottom has got a golden and nice crust, take two spatulas and squeeze the quesadilla from below and above to turn quickly. Bake on the other side for 2-4 minutes. when done, use both spatulas below and lift it onto a cutting board. Divide into 4 pieces and serve immediately. Then just enjoy a delicious Mexican dish.
