Burger wraps - This dish has become very popular!
Tastes very good and is easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Vegme Burger of peas and quinoa
- 2 pcs wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp bearnaise sauce
- 2 handful mixed salad
- 2 dl grated cheese
In this dish I have used the Plant-based burgers for Vegme. Of course, the method works with all types of burgers, but if you want to eat a little more plant-based food, this recipe is absolutely super. The recipe is suitable for both young and old.
Step 1
Start by frying or grilling the burger for a few minutes on both sides.
Step 2
This is a simple recipe and you can be creative with trying different vegetables and sauces. This time I used a Vegme Bearnaise sauce, salad and grated cheese. Take a large tortilla and place it on the counter. Cut an incision from the center out. Now divide the tortilla into 4 parts and place the burger on one part, sauce on part two, salad on part three and finish with grated cheese.
Step 3
Now fold up (see the movie further down in the recipe if you're wondering how I do this) and now you have a Burger Wrap.
Step 4
Continue to cook on the grill or in a toaster and the dish is ready to be enjoyed.
