Chicken stew with grilled peppers - The smart blender trick!
A smart method for quick and good dinners.
Ingredients
Sauce in the blender
- 3 dl whipping cream
- 4 dl chicken broth
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs chili
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can canned tomatoes
- 1 glass grilled peppers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 kg chicken fillet
- 4 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs sweet peppers
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pcs lime
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Step 1
Start by finding a large pan and look at the heat. Divide the chicken into suitably large pieces. A suitably large piece is a piece that fits on the fork and is comfortable to eat. Fry the chicken for a few minutes, but it does not need to be cooked through.
Step 2
Find the blender and pour all the ingredients for the sauce into it. Run for a few minutes until you have a smooth mass. I put the onion, garlic and chili whole in the blender. Then you do not have to spend time cutting.
Step 3
Pour over the sauce and sliced carrots. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add honey, lime juice, paprika, parsley and butter. Stir and after 2 minutes the dinner is ready!
