Start by finding a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Cut the onion into strips and place in the pan. Put the pan on medium + heat. Stir occasionally. Please be patient. It takes about 20 minutes to get a perfectly browned and slightly crispy onion.
Step 2
Buy beef mince 14% fat and divide the package into 4 equal parts. about 150 grams per chopped beef. Carefully shape the meat into circles and season well with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan and set on medium + heat (from 1-9 I used strength 7 on the oven). When the frying pan has warmed up, put the beef in the pan. Do not touch or turn them until 7 minutes have elapsed. Then turn them over and fry for another 7 minutes. Baking time depends on the thickness of the chopped beef. The chopped beef should be cooked through, but still juicy.

Serve the chopped beef with cream sauce, potatoes and pickled beets. It is also very good with a little finely chopped parsley on top. Now you can enjoy a delicious Danish classic. Good luck.
