Creamy pasta salad with ham - Delicious everyday food and perfect in a packed lunch.
A simple and popular dinner for young and old.
Ingredients
Pasta salad
- 350 gram pasta screws
- 300 gram boiled ham
- 1 pcs cucumber
- 1 pcs red pepper
- 1 pcs green pepper
- 1 pcs red onion
- 1 can corn
- 2 dl ranch dressing
Ranchdressing
1 large jam jar (more than you need for the recipe)
- 400 gram natural yogurt
- 100 gram mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Pasta salad in a good dressing with vegetables and ham is always popular. You can of course use the vegetables you have available, but this combination is very good. Pasta salad you can enjoy for dinner, but is also perfect for a lunch or in a packed lunch.
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water. Bring to a boil and pour off the boiling water. Let the pasta cool down a bit before mixing it into the salad.
Step 2
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and mix well.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and now everything is ready to be mixed together.
Step 4

Step 5
Mix the dressing with pasta, vegetables and ham. I save some of the vegetables and ham to put on top in the end. Then you get a slightly more colorful salad. I also made a video of this recipe. You can see it below here.
