  • 4 pcs chicken fillet
  • 1 pcs onion
  • 1 pcs chili
  • 1 pcs sweet paprika
  • 0,5 pcs squash
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • coriander
  • lime
  • Chili sauce if you like strong food

I think this dish is very good and it goes just as well with a lunch as dinner. Chicken and vegetables in delicious Asian sauce easily served in a large lettuce leaves. It also goes well with wheat tortillas or noodles, but if you want to go fast, a lettuce leaf is both simple and good. Here you can vary with vegetables you like and have available. The sauce is very simple but has lots of flavor. Serve with some boats of lime and preferably some fresh coriander.

This is as simple as it looks! Start by finding a pan and set on high heat. Add a little neutral oil and fry the chicken fillets with the skin side down. Turn after a few minutes. While the chicken is frying, cut the vegetables into fine strips and small cubes.

Take out the chicken, cut into fine strips and place the vegetables in the frying pan.

Add the chicken back to the frying pan and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Add soy and ketjap manis and stir well. Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry them.

Place the lettuce leaves on a board and top with the chicken mix. Attach some limes and sprinkle with fresh coriander. Simple and good dinner in less than 10 minutes. Good luck!
